Coastal Vacations has always been on the cutting edge and has upgraded the
backoffice contact management system for the Official COA System. Over the past 24
months we\'ve gotten the BEST automation available Video Email, ContactTalk (known

On February 1st, 2008, a new schedule of events became available. \"The 10 PM Easter
Standard Time calls Monday through Thursday for Coastal Vacations stayed the same. A
new, daytime call at 11 AM EST has been established to accomodate daytime schedules
Monday through Wednesday\"

Focal Point Backoffice for Coastal Directors will become available on April 1st and
continues the success platform provided by Coastal Vacations. Many companies have
